Conservatory Package

Location: Crescent Hotel

This package includes:

• A two night stay in either a Penthouse, Jacuzzi Suite, Governor's Suite
  (your choice based on availability)
• Breakfast for two each morning in the Crystal Salon
• A two hour reception in the Conservatory
• Two and a half hours of live music
• Three tier cake and punch for up to 50 people
• One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
• A Bridal Bouquet consisting of a six rose bouquet or a seasonal mixed flower bouquet with matching boutonniere
• A minister to officiate the ceremony
• Use of the Conservatory Boardwalk or Garden Area for your wedding ceremony
  (based on availability)

Package Price: March through November $2695 tax included
Package Price: December through February $2060 tax included

This package is NOT available on Saturdays evenings March-November, but is available on Saturday afternoons until 5pm.  The Conservatory can be rented on Saturday evenings during this time for your event at the prevailing venue rental fee.  Please contact a sales manager for information. 

Garden Party Package

Location: Crescent Hotel

This package is designed for both the ceremony and reception to take place outside

This package includes:

• A one night stay in a Premium Room
  (based on availability)
• Breakfast for two in the Crystal Salon
• Ceremony on the East Lawn with a minister to officiate
• Reception on the East Lawn

       Note:  this package is designed for both the ceremony and the reception to take place outside and includes 2 hours venue time.

• Two tier cake and punch for up to 20 people
• One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
• A Bridal Bouquet consisting of a six rose bouquet or a seasonal mixed flower bouquet with matching boutonniere
• A 20” x 40’ garden party tent with lantern lighting

Package Price $1195  (includes tax and service charge)
In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to accommodate your group in an indoor venue based on availability.  This package is available every day of the week.

Crystal Ballroom Package

Location: Crescent Hotel

This package includes:

• A two night stay in either a Penthouse, a Jacuzzi Suite or the Governor’s Suite (your choice based on availability)
• Breakfast for two each morning in the Crystal Salon
• A four hour reception in the Crystal Ballroom
• Three tier cake and punch for up to 100 people
• One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
• A Bridal Bouquet consisting of a six rose bouquet or a seasonal mixed flower bouquet with matching boutonniere
• A minister to officiate the ceremony
• Use of the Crystal Ballroom or Garden area for the wedding ceremony (based on availability)
• Back Porch venue for a cash bar/cocktails between ceremony and reception timeMarch through November --  $2995  (includes tax and service charge)

Lookout Cottages "Estate Package"

This package includes:

• Estate Lodging at Lookout Cottages to include:  The Manor, Grotto, & Lookout Cottage
• Wedding ceremony on the grounds w/  minister to officiate the ceremony
• A two hour reception in the parlor of the Manor House
• Two and ½ hours of live music,
• Wedding Cake and punch for up to 30 people
• One bottle of champagne with two keepsake glasses
• A Bridal Bouquet consisting of a six rose bouquet or a seasonal mixed flower bouquet with matching boutonniere
• A uniformed staff attendant to assist in the ceremony and facilitate the reception

Crescent Hotel Intimate Wedding Package

Location: Crescent Hotel

This package includes a one night stay in a Parlor Suite. (based on availability.)  A minister to officiate your Eureka Springs wedding ceremony. A bottle of champagne with two keepsake glasses and a cake for two for the bride & groom. Enjoy breakfast for two in the Crystal Ballroom, Eureka Springs' finest restaurant.

Package Price: $435.00 plus tax.
 

“A Private Affair”

Location: Crescent Hotel
A romantic intimate ceremony for the bride and groom in the setting that best fits you: Hickory Stick Gazebo, Hidden Spring, Garden Overlook, or East Lawn Overlook. This is our most simple wedding elopement package that can either be for just the two of you or for up to ten guests. The package comes with a minister to officiate and a ceremony site reservation on the hotel grounds. (Some locations are guaranteed and some are not.)
Price due upon Reservation: $150.00 plus tax
